If you are unsatisfied with the supplier's proposals, you can request the involvement of the Alibaba.com resolution team, after the fourth day since the case was opened.

If Alibaba.com is involved in the case:

If you are unsatisfied with the proposal suggested by Alibaba.com, you can submit your own proposal onto the resolution page directly. Alibaba.com will do its best to satisfy both parties.

The case is closed:

If the case is closed as a result of no response, you can open a new case if it is still within thirty days of you having received your order confirmation receipt.

If the case has been closed with a solution provided, please contact the customer service team for further assistance.
