What can I do if refund is processed but my paying credit card is closed?

Sorry that Alibaba.com can only proceed the refund of the Trade Assurance order to the original paying credit card for security reasons.

If the credit card you used to pay is expired or invalid, you need to talk to your bank to see if they could transfer the funds to your new card.

If not, please provide below documents and we need to check further:
A. Formal statement (card number and card holder need to be mentioned) from your issuing bank which indicates the original paying card is invalid.
B. Confirm letter from your bank which indicates the fund has been returned to Alibaba.com.
C. Provide new beneficiary bank account information as below to proceed the refund again (beneficiary name should be same as the card holder).
1. Beneficiary account number (can contain only letters and numbers, no space and any punctuations)
2. IBAN code (International Bank Account Number, no space)
3. Beneficiary name
4. Beneficiary bank
5. Beneficiary bank swift code
6. Beneficiary address
7. Beneficiary bank country
8. Intermediary bank swift code (If there is any)

NOTED:
1. The bank will charge a handling fee in the process of remittance.
2. Please note the refund would be sent in USD, hence you need to provide the account which accept USD.
2. According to bank regulatory requirements we could only make refund to the original account you paid for this order, if you provided other account or incorrect account information, refund might not be successfully made to you and you have to bear the risk and extra fees if money is returned.
