How do I change email address if occupied by another account?
Each email address can only be registered under one account. Here are the solutions for you:
Scenario 1: If this email has been registered under other business units of Alibaba Group, like Alibaba.com, AliExpress.com, taobao.com, 1688.com, Alipay.com, etc.: you can log in to the related account and change its email address to another one, and it sets this email free. Then you can use this mail for your Alibaba.com account.
Scenario 2: If the email already exists under another account on Alibaba.com: we will remind you of the specific Alibaba.com account. Please follow the guides to fix it.
If this email has existed under your sub-account on Alibaba.com: when changing sub-account’s email, if occupied, you will receive the reminder. Please follow the guides for solution.
