Why cannot I use the 10% OFF coupon for my order?

Please check whether all the requirements below have been accomplished:
(1) You should have available coupons. All the coupons collected will be found in My Alibaba-Orders-My Coupons page.
(2) Only orders for promotion products can enjoy the discount. You may check whether there is promotion tag “ ” on product details page for confirmation
(3) The 10% Off Coupons will not apply to orders which are created before March 2, 2020 00:00:00 (PT) or after March 31, 2020 23:59:59 (PT).
(4) The 10% Off Coupon will only apply if the total price of the Eligible Products in the single order (excluding any other costs such as delivery, inspection and taxes) is US $100 or more.

Note:
1. If you make the payment with failure, the coupon could not be applied anymore. You are suggested to cancel the current order, draft a new order and select the coupon to pay again.

2. The coupons can not be applied if you pay with payment link. Please sign into the order detail page to apply coupon and pay accordingly.
