What is the new pocess of \"In Transit\" dispute for Trade Assurance order?

When the buyer submits a refund application and selects the dispute type as "In Transit", the system will remind the buyer that it’s still within 15 days from delivery date and suggest to wait patiently.

Buyer can continue to submit the dispute and negotiate with the supplier freely. While the system will check the delivery time of the order continuously to see if it has exceeded 15 days: If not, no “Escalate” button will occur on both buyer and seller side and the dispute will not be escalated automatically; If yes, then the process is as follows:
1.tFrom the 4th day onward, the buyer can request Alibaba.com’s assistance by clicking the “Escalate Dispute” button, or may continue to negotiate with the seller.
2.tDuring the negotiation period, both parties need to respond each other's proposal within 7 days, otherwise the dispute will be escalated (no reply from supplier in due time) or cancelled (no reply from buyer in due time) automatically.
3.tAlibaba.com will also act as a mediator for any disputes which remain unresolved after 30 days of initial opening.
